We are currently hiring and experienced Dairy farm worker with the skill to operate alone on large Dairy farm enterprise. The candidate will be full familiar with milking systems grass management, feeding and health. This is a full time contract role 39 hours per week.
Candidate will be responsible for
Operation of Milking machine and systems
Ensure Herd management and Milking process are carried out ensure the highest quality standards are upheld
Identify and health issues within the herd and take appropriate action or seek advice.
Be able to be flexible and knowledgeable to carry out other associated tasks on the farm , feed, calf rearing , tractor driving.
May work as part of a team
Be Health and Safety conscious and carry out task in accordance with guideline, Report and potential hazardous situations so appropriate action can be taken.
Work closely with manager in ensuring targets are met.
