Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced relief milker to cover Sunday milkings on a well-run dairy farm in the Ballinasloe/Laurencetown area.
Key Responsibilities:

Milking a herd of approximately 200 cows
-
Operating a 24-unit parlour equipped with ACRs and batch feeders
-
Carrying out milking duties independently

Maintaining high standards of animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality
Milking Times:
-
Morning: 6:30-7:00 am

Afternoon: 3:00 pm
Requirements:

Previous milking experience essential

Proven ability to milk alone

Experience with 14-unit or larger parlours preferred

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently
