Key Responsibilities
Milking 200 cows through a 20 unit parlour
Monitoring cow health and welfare
Assisting with calving and early lactation cows
Feeding and general stock care
Calving supervision and calf care
Supporting day-to-day farm operations
Machinery & General Work
Operating tractors and basic farm machinery
Scraping, feeding, and general yard duties
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Experience & Requirements
Previous dairy farming experience essential
Confident handling livestock
Machinery experience required (tractor and front loader)
Ability to work independently but also as part of as team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Working Hours
5 days per week Monday to Friday and the odd weekend roughly 7:00 – 5:30
