We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking fencer to join our team. The role involves installing and maintaining high‑quality fencing across farmland, residential properties, and commercial sites. If you enjoy practical outdoor work and take pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of agricultural, equine, residential, and security fencing
- Setting posts, straining wire, stapling, and general fence construction
- Operating fencing tools and machinery (post drivers, augers, etc.)
- Site preparation and clean‑up
- Repairing and maintaining existing fences
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous fencing or construction experience is an advantage
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full driving licence preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
