We’re looking for a friendly, organized and motivated individual to join our team and provide support to farmers.
What you will be doing?
Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Providing friendly helpful support to farmers throughout audit process.
Recording all interactions on our CRM system
What we’re looking for?
Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
An interest in farming particularly Dairy , Beef and Sheep (training provided!)
Working Hours
A flexible shift pattern of 3 days, 9am to 5.30pm and 2 days 1pm to 8pm (Mon to Fri). Remote working an option once training has been completed.
